All Nvll+Void pieces are handcrafted in Copenhagen, made with care and precision.

Production Time

  • Made-to-order pieces take 1-3 weeks to create before shipping.

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Need your order sooner? Email me, and I’ll see what’s possible.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Denmark – Shipping via PostNord (estimated 2-5 business days, but may take up to 7 days).

  • International – Shipped via FedEx (estimated 3-10 business days, with possible delays up to 15 days).

  • Tracking – Every order includes tracking for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is crafted with intention and care. If you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following:

Returns

  • If your piece arrives with a craftsmanship issue, I’ll repair it free of charge.

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Contact me before returning any items.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.

  • Custom pieces are non-returnable.

  • Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For safe returns, please consider adding tracking to your shipment.

Ring Resizing

If your ring doesn’t fit, I offer a complimentary resizing (if the design allows).

  • I’m happy to offer one complimentary resizing, so please check your size carefully before requesting an adjustment.

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your ring.

  • Return the ring in original condition and packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Lost/Missing Packages

If a package goes missing, I’ll work with the courier to investigate. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices include Danish VAT.

  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes or duties, which are not covered by Nvll+Void.

  • If you’re outside the EU, check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.
