WARRANTY

I’m happy to offer a complimentary 1-year warranty for all of my products. My precious metal pieces are handcrafted with care and built to last.

What does the warranty cover?

i) This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as material damage or poor craftsmanship.
ii) It also covers any damage that occurs from regular daily use within one year of your purchase.

If your product is covered under these conditions, I’ll send you a replacement after verifying the issue. I'll ship your replacement via standard shipping at no additional cost. If you prefer express shipping or if standard shipping is unavailable to your address, you’ll need to cover the shipping fees.

If your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, please file a claim within 7 days of receiving it. To start the claim process, email me at connect@nvllandvoid.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damage. I’ll also arrange for you to send the jewelry back (return shipping is on me), and I'll take care of the rest.

The warranty period starts from the date you receive your jewelry.

What does the warranty NOT cover?

i) The warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage. I offer a material care guide to help you keep your jewelry in good condition.
ii) The natural aging of materials or surface scratches from normal wear and tear aren’t covered under the warranty. These changes are expected and part of your jewelry's character.
iii) Accidental damage, such as dropping your item or exposing it to extreme conditions, isn’t covered.
iv) Loss or theft of jewelry during transit or after delivery isn’t covered, as it is out of my control once the parcel is with the courier.
v) If any third-party repairs or modifications are done to your jewelry, the warranty will no longer apply.
vi) Jewelry purchased through third-party resellers (not directly from my website) is also excluded from the warranty. If you’ve bought from a reseller, you’ll need to reach out to them, and I’ll assist them in processing the replacement if eligible.

In addition to Nvll+Void’s warranty, the Danish Sale of Goods Act provides a 2-year statutory warranty for consumers. This covers defects that were present at the time of delivery and must be reported within a reasonable period. Please note that this statutory warranty is separate from Nvll+Void, and any claims under this law are handled according to the regulations set by the Danish authorities.
